Well, we can. And not only that, but by doing them we actually will improve ourselves and our lives. Self-regulation, self-awareness, and self-improvement are all related. So I think it is important to make sure we are aware of these things. We should be aware of the things that we are doing as well as the things we are not doing so that we can do better.
