My name is Alyssa, and I’m a 21-year-old college student who has always been a bit self-conscious about my body. For a while it was the only thing that people would think about when they saw me, so I was pretty sure I was a freak. But that’s not the case anymore. Every day all around me, people are becoming more self-aware, and more appreciative of themselves. I’m pretty proud of that.

As a person with a body, you might not be aware of your body, but you are aware of your body’s self. As a body, you may not be aware of your body’s self, but you are aware of your body’s actions. You also may not be aware of your body’s actions, but you are aware of your body’s reactions. You are aware of your body’s reactions to you.

Self awareness isn’t just a matter of having the ability to see yourself as you really are. It’s a matter of being able to recognize one’s own thoughts, feelings, and actions. What we see, hear, and feel is really the truth of the matter, but these things are not the core of what makes us who we are.

Self-awareness is not just about being aware of our actions. Self-awareness comes in a diverse set of forms, including being aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Self-awareness also can be about being aware of how we feel. We all have self-awareness, but how we feel is not always the same as how we think, feel, and act.

Self-awareness is the ability to put ourselves in the shoes of another, to understand how that other feels, thinks, and acts. We can be aware of ourselves not because we are aware but because we are aware of ourselves. We can make sense of our thoughts, feelings, and actions, then act in ways that are consistent with those thoughts, feelings, and actions.

The problem is that when we just are aware of how we feel, it can lead us to do and say things that are hurtful or offensive to others. For example, I am aware that most people don’t really like my music, but the things that make me feel like I’m good at it actually make me feel like I’m a jerk. This is not self-awareness, but I can still be hurtful by my thoughts and actions.

To be clear, self-awareness is awareness of how you feel and how you think. It is not self-awareness to feel something and think something different. The problem is that we are often not aware of how our thoughts and actions affect others. We are unaware of how they affect us. We are unaware of how they affect our world. We are unaware of how they affect our friends. We are unaware of how they affect our families. We are unaware of how they affect our communities.

We are aware of how our thoughts and actions affect us and others, but we often don’t take the time to look at how they affect our world.

The problem is that when we aren’t even aware of how our thoughts and actions affect others, we lose our ability to control how they affect us. Think about the way you feel when you are in a traffic jam and the last person who walked by did not notice you. Or the way you feel when you are walking through a crowd of people and you end up bumping into someone and you don’t know how their body reacted.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
